Can I return my order?
Yes. As a consumer, you generally have 14 days after receipt to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.
What are the return costs?
In the case of a standard withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer, provided this has been clearly communicated in advance.
How should I return a luxury product?
We recommend packing the product carefully in the original packaging and sending the return in a traceable and appropriately insured manner.
What happens if the security tag is removed?
Removing or breaking a security tag may affect the value of the product.
This does not automatically mean the statutory right of withdrawal expires. Any depreciation in value will be handled according to legal regulations.
Can I return a personalized product?
When a product has been specially made, engraved, or customized to your personal specifications, a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal may apply.
Are earrings and piercings returnable?
For certain sealed hygiene products, the right of withdrawal may expire if the seal is broken after delivery, provided the legal conditions have been met.
